Create places of interest
You can add and share your favourite places, such as restaurants, art galleries, night clubs, and cafes, that are not yet displayed on the map. To be able to create places, you need to be signed in to your Nokia account.

Select Find places.

Enter an address, and select the search result.

In the location's information dialog, select Create a place.

Enter a name for the place, and select a category that best describes the place. Select Next.

Verify the address, and select how certain you are about its correctness. Select Next.

Enter additional information, such as a phone number, an e-mail address, or a web address, if desired.

Select Create place to share the place with all Ovi Maps users.
| Save the place in a collection |
In the place's information dialog, select Add to collection, and select a collection. You need to have previously created and saved the collection in your Nokia account. The place is not visible to anyone other than you. |
| Edit the place information |
In the place's information dialog, select There's missing or incorrect information and the detail you want to edit. |
| Report incorrect information |
Select Report this place and the reason from the list. To report a place that does not exist, select This place doesn't exist anymore. If you want to remove a place that contains your private information, select , and enter more information if desired. |

You can add information about interesting events or places, and share the information with others.
Add an event or place

Select Good Things, right-click the location on the map, and select Add as a Good Thing, or drag the pin icon from the top of the map to the desired location.

Follow the instructions to add the appropriate information. You are not able to later edit or delete the information.

Select Good Things. In the location's Good Thing information dialog, select whether you want to send a link to the added information to your friends through e-mail, text message, or Twitter. |

With your permission, the event or place information you have added may by chance be displayed on a real-life building crane in London or Warsaw. |
